⬅️ Case Studies

The owners of this fantastic property asked us to look at their existing oak decking, with the view to replacing it with a new structure incorporating additional garage facilities below. We undertook the work as a design and build project, and incorporated large flared steps and a free-draining paving system into the deck design.

The completed masonry structure, with its beautiful granite paving and black hand rails, transformed the rear elevation and provided a vast garage and storage area below. The clients were so pleased with the work, they asked us to improve the front of the building too. This required the removal of the glass lean-to roof, and construction of a third gable which housed a small library.

The biggest challenge during this project was the huge flared steps, which were constructed with plank lintels. The project was a huge success and the appearance of the property greatly enhanced front and rear.
