Our clients at Argos Hill discovered a void under their property which appeared to offer a great conversion opportunity. We were asked to undertake the design and conversion work to turn it in to an elaborate basement games room and gym. Excavation was the biggest challenge, which we achieved using a micro digger, pushed through a small access hole below ground.
Ground conditions demanded a good cavity drain waterproofing system, which we designed and installed in the walls and floor.
The project was a complete success and the new space now houses a full-size snooker table and high-spec gym, all in dry comfortable rooms below ground!
