⬅️ Case Studies

This residential new-build project was undertaken for a private developer as a speculative venture. The high specification ‘orangery’ design required a large amount of fine cast stone for the attractive arched window surrounds, pier tops, parapets and other decorative features.

The whole building incorporated underfloor heating, driven from an air source heat pump and a back-up boiler. The concealed flat roof was waterproofed with a single ply membrane, laid to falls for collection by concealed internal drainage.

The site had a high water table due to the adjacent lake, and the groundworks were therefore particularly challenging. The project was completed to a high level of finish and is now occupied by its new owners.
